Trump Slams Pelosi, Claims She Is the True Threat to Democracy

(UnitedVoice.com) – After the presidential debate, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) stood by President Joe Biden. That didn’t sit right with former President Donald Trump, and he made it very clear.

On July 10, Trump posted on Truth Social, slamming Pelosi and calling her “more of a cognitive mess than Sleepy Crooked Joe.” The former president called his longtime political adversary a “total nut job, who impeached” him two times and failed to get a Senate conviction either time.

Trump continued, saying Pelosi calls him a “threat to Democracy,” but that’s just “Radical Left Democrat Disinformation.” He said the former speaker wants to convince people that Biden is “a mental giant,” something everyone knows is a lie.

The former president declared, “Crazy Nancy is a threat to Democracy, a very sick one.”

Cracks have been showing in recent days when it comes to Pelosi’s support for Biden. The former speaker has allegedly been working behind the scenes to try to convince the president to step aside, according to multiple reports. An anonymous Democratic lawmaker told The Hill that they had a conversation with Pelosi, and she was “very concerned.”

During an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” the 84-year-old Democrat refused to say whether she believes Biden should run again. Instead, she said it was up to him and that everyone was “encouraging him to make that decision because time is running short.” Multiple Democrats told The Washington Post that her remarks were very telling because she is always “very deliberate about what she says.”

Former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki appeared on “Pod Save America,” a podcast hosted by former officials of the Obama-Biden administration, and echoed those sentiments. She said that although Pelosi loves Biden, she “also wants to win the House,” but she “doesn’t want to weaken him publicly.”

No matter what Biden chooses, the race is looking pretty good for Trump right now.
